Description

A pair of cottages, now combined into a single house, likely dating from the early 18th century, with later 19th and 20th century additions and alterations. The building is constructed of coursed rubble, with a 19th-century brick extension to the east, featuring ashlar quoins. The roof is thatched, with a hipped section to the east and a gabled section to the west. Brick stacks are located at the west gable and along the ridge to the left. The building has two storeys and a four-window front. Most windows are 2-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. 20th-century glazed doors are centrally positioned, marking the original division between the cottages. A 19th-century brick outshut extends to the north. The 19th-century brickwork incorporates patterned flared headers.
