Description

The length of wall immediately west of New Close Farmhouse is a 19th-century structure measuring approximately 35 metres long and 3 metres high. It is constructed from squared, coursed rubble stone. The wall features a rise at the center where there is a square-headed doorway, which is accented by voussoir blocks.
