Description
Antioch is a house originally comprising three cottages, likely built in the early 17th century, the 18th century, and the 19th century. The eastern cottage is probably from the early 17th century, the middle cottage from the 18th century and the western cottage from the 19th century. It has walls of coursed rubble, tiled roofs with gable ends, and some stone quoins. Brick and stone stacks are present. The house is two storeys high with 20th-century casement windows, featuring wooden and concrete lintels. A door is located in the middle range of the building. In the eastern cottage, there is a 4-centred fireplace with straight, chamfered spine beams with run-out stops. Ancillary buildings of the 18th century are also present.
