Description

This is a late 18th- and early 19th-century terraced cottage situated on Blacknoll Lane in Winfrith Newburgh. The cottage is constructed of cob walls which have been plastered and has a thatched roof, with a brick chimney stack. It is a single-storey building with attic space. A recent extension has been added to the north-east, designed to match the style and appearance of the original building. The ground floor features a stable door and five casement windows incorporating glazing bars. The attic has two half-dormers, also with casement windows of a similar style.
