Detached farmhouse of 2 builds. Left section mid-C19, right section, at lower level, probably early C19. Rubble stone walls, stone slate roofs, brick end stacks to left section; centre stack to right section. 2 storeys. Left section has part-glazed panelled door in timber porch with turned uprights. Ground floor has 2 sash windows with centre glazing bar under stone arches. First floor has 3 similar windows. Right section has part-glazed panelled door. Ground floor has 2 casement windows with cast iron lattice glazing, under stone arches. First floor has 3 similar windows. Single-storey lean-to extension at right end. Each section has a gabled rear extension in matching construction. Front boundary wall of stone, with flat coping, and square gatepiers with pyramidal caps.
