Description

Launceston Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse that likely dates back to the 17th century but was largely rebuilt in the early 19th century. The structure is made of a combination of rubble, flint, and brick, topped with a slate roof featuring end brick stacks. It consists of two parallel ranges. On the upper floor, there are two double 12-pane sash windows on either side of a single similar window. The ground floor features canted bay windows flanking a central panelled door with a fanlight above. There is a flat porch supported by columns.
