Description
Packway, located on Ware Lane in Westfield, is an early 19th-century terrace that was originally composed of three houses. The building is two storeys high and features six windows. It has a stuccoed exterior with a parapet and retains its glazing bars. An iron verandah runs along the ground floor, supported by trellised columns, except for the two easternmost window bays. The first floor of Westfield has four sash windows, while the ground floor has five windows, including two casements topped by rectangular lights with diamond tracery. The ground floor of Packway has two window bays, featuring two casements with rectangular lights and tracery above. A modern door is present. The buildings on this site are depicted on the "Plan of Lyme Regis and Environs, 1841."
