Description

The Old Salt House is a building from the 18th or 19th century, constructed from hammer-dressed stone and topped with a pitched slate roof featuring coped gable ends. It is a single-storey structure with raked stone buttresses on the south and west sides. There is a segment-headed opening on the east side. This building was formerly used for the manufacture of salt.
