Description

Mayo Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage featuring coursed, squared greensand walls and a hipped thatched roof. It has brick stacks at both ends of the ridge. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range, with two-light casements that may be made of cast iron and include glazing bars. The front door is likely part-glazed and original. At the back, there is a wing that also has similar casements.
