Description
No. 18 St Mary Well Street is an attached house dating from the mid-18th century. It features lias stone walls and a slate roof with gable ends, along with a brick stack located to the right of the center. The house has two storeys and three windows, which are sash style with glazing bars, flared stone lintels, and projecting dropped stone keys that are painted white. The right-hand ground window is a three-light design with moulded wooden mullions and wooden cills. The front door, positioned to the right of center, is a wooden flush-panelled door with a rectangular fanlight above, which is from the 20th century. There is also an opening on the left side that leads into a passageway to the rear of the premises.
