Description

No. 4 Briantspuddle is a detached cottage, likely dating from the 18th century. It has walls of whitewashed cob and a thatched roof, with rendered chimney stacks. The cottage is two storeys high. A panelled, part-glazed door is set within a brick porch covered with tiles. On the ground floor are two casement windows with glazing bars. The first floor has four similar windows. Inside, a ground floor room at the east end features a large open fireplace with an oak lintel, and one chamfered ceiling beam.
