Description

Monkton Wyld Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the mid-18th century, featuring a roof constructed in the 19th century. The building has flint rubble walls with stone quoins and a slate roof, which is supported by two brick stacks, one at each gable end. The farmhouse is designed in an L-plan and stands two storeys high, with three windows that are fitted with 2-light casements that have glazing bars. The front door is centrally located and is a plank door with a wooden lintel above it. Inside, there is a slightly chamfered ceiling beam.
