Description

This is an 18th-century building of colourwashed brick, located on the south side of St John's Hill. It has a pitched tile roof with stone slates above the eaves and a modern brick stack. The building is two storeys high, with brick eaves courses projecting. It features two ranges of cased sash windows with glazing bars. The front door is a modern replacement, featuring six flush panels within a frame with reeded pilasters, paterae capitals, and a flat moulded hood. The building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 and 2 Gold Court, Mint House, No 13, and the Horse and Groom Public House.
