Description
Marsh End is a pair of attached cottages built in the early 19th century. They feature rubble stone walls and a thatched roof that is hipped at both ends, with a single brick chimney stack located at the center. The cottages are two storeys high and have six windows, which include two and three-light cast-iron casements with small glazing bars set in renewed wooden frames. The windows have segmental stone heads. There are front doors made of planks located at both the left and right ends of the cottages. Additionally, two rubble stone porches were added in the early 21st century; the left porch has a tiled roof, while the right porch has a hipped thatch roof.
