Description
Nos 16 and 18 are a pair of cottages built in the mid to late 19th century, featuring rubble-stone walls and a slate roof with projecting eaves. They have two storeys and a total of four windows. The ground floor has three-light stone mullion windows, while the first floor has two-light stone mullion windows, all fitted with lozenge cast-iron casements. The front doors are located at the left and right ends, each set in a square stone frame with a depressed-arch head. These doors are plank doors with weatherboards, dating from the 19th century. At each end of the cottages, there are attached rubble-stone walls, each with a plank door and a segmental stone head.
