Description
Nos. 1 to 7 Albany Place are an early 19th-century building, rendered externally with pitched pantile or slate roofs and red brick stacks. The building is two stories high. No. 1 has two ranges of casement windows with glazing bars, with a Yorkshire style on the first floor, and a single planked door. No. 2 features two ranges of sash windows with glazing bars, a planked door, a pent roof, and a blind semi-circular fanlight. No. 3 has two ranges of casement windows with glazing bars and a planked door with a pent roof. No. 4 has modern windows and a modern door within a modern porch. No. 5 has one range of casement windows with glazing bars and a planked door with a pent roof. Nos. 1 to 7 Albany Place, together with Nos. 106 to 118 (even), form a group of buildings of group value.
