Description
Fairmead Manor House is a mid-19th century building located on Fairmead Road in Lower Burraton. It is two storeys high and constructed of rubble with a stucco front. The roof is slate, featuring gable end chimneys and a catslide at the rear. The house has three windows; the outer ones are three-light, while the central window on the first floor is two-light, with granite mullions and plaster drips. There is a central Doric portico that is glazed. To the left, there is a set-back wing that may be an older section, as indicated by a carved head above the door.
