Description

The milk stand at the entrance to Wicca Farmhouse is a structure dating from the late 19th century or early 20th century. It is constructed from granite rubble with granite dressings. The platform is long and rectangular in shape, built against a bank at the rear. It features a canted end on the left side (east) and steps down on the right side. This milk stand is an old example of a building type that is becoming increasingly rare.
