Description

Rosecot is an early 19th-century building located on Newlyn Church Street. It is constructed of whitened coursed granite and features a slate hipped roof. The building has two storeys and three sash windows with glazing bars. There is a plain central doorway with a modern door and a narrow rectangular fanlight above it.
