Description

This is an 18th-century rubble cottage located on the south-east side of Newlyn Boase Street. The cottage features granite lintels and quoins, and a steeply pitched gable ended roof covered with new slates. It is two storeys high and has two modern windows, each with two lights. The central doorway is recessed and has a modern glazed door. The building is part of a group with Vine Cottage.
