Description

Cliffside and The Copper Samover is an 18th-century building located on the southwest side of Newlyn Trewaveneth Street. The front faces Boase Street and features whitened granite and plaster. It is two storeys high, with the right-hand section jettied and incorporating two small modern bowed shop windows. The seafront side has two large modern square bays on the first floor, along with two additional modern bowed shop windows.
