Description

Number 19 on The Cliff in Mevagissey is probably an 18th-century building. It is constructed of painted stone rubble and features jettied first and second floors that are weatherboarded. The building has three storeys and four sash windows without glazing bars, set in exposed cases. There are slate steps leading to a modern glazed door, and it is built on a bare rock foundation, giving it a picturesque appearance. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the north side of the harbour, which collectively enhance the area's character.
