Description

Sea View is a 17th-century cottage built into the side of a cliff. The walls are of cement-washed rubble. The cottage is two storeys high, with attics, and has three windows facing the harbour. Attics are only present on the cliff side. The windows are sash windows without glazing bars. There are three flat-headed dormers to the roof, which is slate covered with gable ends. Tall end chimney stacks are also present. The cottage forms part of a good group of listed buildings along The Cliff, on the north side of the harbour.
