Description

Vine Cottages is a pair of cottages dating from the 18th century, located on Boase Street in Newlyn. The buildings are constructed of rubble with a rendered first floor and feature a steep roof covered in new slates. They are positioned at right angles to the road and consist of two storeys with five windows. The windows are modern two-light casements, and there are plain doorways. Vine Cottages and No. 2 form a group.
