Description

Nos. 3 and 4 Trewarveneth Street are a pair of granite buildings dating from the 19th century. They are two storeys high and divided into two distinct parts. The buildings have a total of four sashes, each with vertical glazing bars. The main section features a modillion eaves cornice. The doorways are plain in design. The roof is covered with slates, displaying gable ends. A Royal Exchange firemark is visible on the building.
