ST EVAL SW 86 NE 6/197 Gobeldick chest tomb about 9 metres south-east of Church of St Uvelus

Chest tomb. Late C18. Low slate rubble chest with a slate lid. The top of the lid has a grooved border but has no other decoration. The inscription is in upper and lower case to the memory of William Gobledick who died in 1780, and has verse below.
