Description
The stables to the west of Trematon Castle were built around 1807-1808 and are possibly designed by D. A. Alexander. The structure features two projecting ranges with hipped roofs, each having two windows, flanking a sally-port. The walls are constructed with thin shellat coursing and random blue stones, topped with slate roofs. The windows have fixed light glazing bars, and there are double doors at the end of the north range, along with several blind in-doors. The south range includes double doors that open onto a dividing pathway.
