Description
This house, located immediately west of Broadhurst in Grampound, dates from the early 19th century and has some 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of stone rubble and roughcast, topped with an asbestos slate roof featuring crested ridge tiles and gable ends. The house has a gable end stack to the left with a 20th-century brick chimney. The layout consists of a two-room plan, with a room at the front and another at the rear on the left, both heated by the gable end stack, and an entrance to a passage on the right. The exterior is two storeys high with an asymmetrical front that has one window. On the left side, there is a 20th-century 12-pane pivoted window on both the ground and first floors. To the right, there is a 20th-century half-glazed door with a sidelight. The interior has not been inspected.
