Description
The barn located to the north-west of Shillingham Farmhouse dates from the mid-19th century and includes remnants of a destroyed manor house. It is two storeys high with lower wings on either side, featuring a total of 2-3-4 bays. The structure is built with thin shellat courses and random blue stones, topped with a modern asbestos roof. There is a double door in the left-hand single-storey section, and stone steps lead to the upper door of the taller section. The right-hand lower two-storey section has two doors and windows with brick heads.
