Description

Wivelscombe Cottage is a mid-19th century building, likely constructed as an eyecatcher from Anthony and later used as a shooting box and a parish room. The earlier part of the cottage is located in the center and features pointed rubble with hipped roofs, which are partly covered with slate and partly with modern concrete. It has triangular headed openings and casement windows. To the left, there is a two-storey tower porch, and to the right, a single-storey wing. The cottage is flanked by 20th-century projections.
