Description

The remains of a medieval chapel at Wivelscombe Manor are likely from the 14th century. The structure has a long rectangular plan and features low rubble walls, which appear somewhat 19th century, along with segment-headed openings. This chapel is comparable to other chapels found at large isolated manor houses in the area, such as those at Erth and Shillingham.
