Description

Polmear Farmhouse is an 18th-century stone rubble and brick house located on Quay Road in Charlestown. It has a roughly L-shaped plan, with a projecting wing to the left. The two-storey house has three windows in total, each a sash window with glazing bars. A panelled and glazed door is at the front. The roof is slate, with a hipped shape over the wing and a small gabled dormer window. The property is included on the list for its group value, forming part of a group with numbers 30 to 37 on Quay Road.
