Description

This is a cartshed and barn with a loft above, built in the mid-19th century. It is constructed from stone rubble and has a slate roof that is hipped at the south end and gabled at the north. The ground floor features an entrance to the barn on the left side of the front and an entrance to the cartshed on the right side. There is a small ground floor opening to the barn under a timber lintel on the left side. A stone stair against the front leads up to the loft entrance, which has a small opening to the left. The cartshed roof is from the 19th century and features queen posts. This building is included for its group value with Marsland Manor.
