Coach house and stabling. Probably circa 1888, the date of Trenoweth House qv. Granite rubble walls with dressed granite quoins, doorways and mullioned windows. Gabled asbestos slate roof. Rectangular plan plus slightly later building at right angles to rear left making overall L-shape. Original part has single coach house left and stabling right. Single storey plus attic for fodder store. 2 window south west front. Central roof gable for pitching eye (pitching doorway approached by flight of steps under similar gable at rear opposite). Wide coach house doorway, left, and symmetrical 2 window stable front with central doorway right. Coach house doorway flat headed between 2 centres; segmental arch over pitching eye; 2-light mullioned windows. All openings with straight chamfers. Ledged doors. Slit ventilators at gables. Interior not inspected.
