Description

Slipway Quay is a pair of quays from the 18th century, constructed of vertically-set drystone rubble with iron-stapled granite copings. These roughly rectangular quays project from a promontory, with a slipway situated between them. The northern quay is significantly wider and features a 20th-century bungalow at its western end, adjacent to the riverbank.
