The Lower Deer House is a fodder house for deer located in the deer park of Edgcumbe Country Park. It dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century and is constructed from sandstone rubble with granite piers. This single-storey structure originally had open fronts and backs and is now roofless. The gable end walls are also made of rubble.
