Description
St Neot's Well is a holy well with medieval origins that was restored in 1852. It is constructed from granite and is a small well building set into the bank. The front features a small doorway with a four-centred arched chamfer, which has a 19th-century door fitted with strap hinges. Above the door is a hood mould adorned with a Maltese cross and the inscription "RESTORED 1852." The well is flanked by rubble walls. Inside, there are two steps leading down to the well, a slate shelf on the rear wall, and a niche in the wall to the left. The roof is made of flat granite slabs.
