Description

This is a headstone located approximately 10 metres south west of the Church of St Stedian in Stithians. It dates from the early 18th century and commemorates James, the son of James and Jane Francis, who died on February 7th, 1818, at the age of 4 months. The headstone is made of granite and features a monolithic design with a shaped head, which includes an inscribed slate inset on one side.
