Description

The Drew tomb, located approximately 30 metres north of the tower of the Church of St Michael in Helston, is a chest tomb dating from 1833. It commemorates Samuel Drew, who died at the age of 68. The tomb is constructed of granite ashlar and features a moulded incised slate lid. It has a rectangular shape and includes the name "SAMUEL DREW A.M." in relief on a granite panel on the south side.
