Description

The buildings at 26 to 30 Lostwithiel Street, Fowey, date from the 18th or early 19th century. They are constructed of stone rubble, with No. 30 being painted. The buildings stand on a rock foundation exposed to the street. They are two storeys high with a four-window frontage. Most windows are sash windows without glazing bars, although some are casements. No. 30 has a sash window with glazing bars. Slate steps lead up to recessed doorways with panelled doors. The roofs are slate-covered with gable ends. Nos. 24 to 30 form a group.
