Description

This chest tomb, located approximately 4 metres south of the west end of the Church of St Stedian, dates from the 18th or early 19th century. It is made of granite ashlar and is set on a large dressed granite base. The lid, made of eroded freestone, features an inscription that is no longer readable. The tomb has a rectangular shape and includes a chamfered plinth.
