Description
30 Bodmin Hill is a house dating from around 1800, with a later 19th-century canted bay and some 20th-century alterations. The building is constructed of rubble, rendered and lined out, and features a slurried slate roof with gable ends and brick end stacks. The house has two front rooms, one on either side of a central entrance, and is built over two storeys with a basement. The ground floor has a central panelled and glazed door with an overlight, pilasters, and a pediment, which has been restored in the 20th century. To the left of the entrance is a 12-pane sash window, and to the right is a single-storey canted bay with a 20th-century 12-pane sash window and sidelights. The first floor has two 12-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
