Description
The Richards headstone, located approximately 4 metres south of the Church of St Levan, is an early 19th-century memorial. It commemorates Joseph Richards, who died in 1827 at the age of 72, and his wife Mary, who passed away in 1831 at the age of 83. The headstone is made of dressed granite and features a monolithic slab with an attached incised slate. It is positioned next to a large granite boulder that has been split down the middle.
