Description

Nos 28 and 29 on New Street in Penzance are early 19th-century buildings. They feature a painted brick front with granite quoins and rubble ends, topped by a slate roof with gable ends. The buildings are two storeys high and have three widely spaced windows on the upper floor, which are small sashes without glazing bars and have granite sills. The ground floor has a central carriageway flanked by plain doorways. These buildings are included for their group value, as they form a cohesive group with Nos 25 to 29.
