Description

This is an early 19th-century stucco house located on the south west side of New Street in Penzance. It is a two-storey building with a slate roof and gable ends, featuring three sash windows with glazing bars. A string course runs horizontally across the facade. The central doorway is distinguished by a recessed architrave. The building is included on the heritage register for its contribution to the group value of numbers 25 to 29 New Street.
