Description

Foster Hall, located at 20 Penzance New Street, is an earlier 18th-century building constructed from coursed granite rubble. It features a slurried slate hipped roof with wide eaves and stands two storeys tall. The façade includes three large sash windows with margin lights and a plain central doorway. Foster Hall is part of a group with Nos 20 to 24 (consecutive) and No 4 Abbey Street.
