Description
This is a house dating to around the 17th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and cob, with a rag slate roof featuring gable ends. Brick stacks are located at the ends of the building. The original layout comprised two rooms and a cross passage, with heating provided by the end stacks. The front elevation shows a straight joint on the left side and several more on the rear, indicating partial rebuilding has occurred. The house is two storeys high and has an asymmetrical three-window front. The ground floor features two 20th-century two-light casement windows, flanking a 19th-century part-glazed door. A single 20th-century one-light casement and two two-light casements are positioned on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
