Description

4 Riverwalk is a late 18th-century building constructed of stucco and features two storeys. It has sash windows that do not have glazing bars. The central door is both panelled and glazed, and there is a modern porch added. The building has overhanging eaves with a dentil cornice and a slate roof. It is located next to Tregony on Ledrah Road and is included for its group value with No. 5 Riverwalk.
