Description

This is an 18th-century stone house located on Blowinghouse Hill in St Austell. It is constructed of uncoursed stone and is two storeys high. The front elevation features three sash windows with glazing bars. A central door, with a panelled design and a semi-circular head, provides access. To one end is a three-storey bay, rendered with cement, and containing a single sash window. The roof is slate-covered, and there is a stone stack at the end. A semi-circular newel stair bay is located at the rear of the building.
