Description

Nance Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of coursed killas rubble with volcanic stone voussoirs. It features an asbestos slate hipped roof that slopes lower at the rear and has brick chimneys positioned over the rear walls of the front rooms. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with a symmetrical three-window front. The original hornless sash windows include glazing bars, and there is a central doorway with a six-panel door. All openings are topped with flat arches that have projecting keyblocks. The interior has not been inspected.
